V1VPN Terms of Use

By creating a V1VPN account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the V1VPN Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use V1VPN.

V1VPN is provided by AKS SOFTWARE LLC, an independent software company organized in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

V1VPN is a VPN service that allows you to establish encrypted VPN connections through supported server locations. The service is designed to help protect your privacy and secure your internet connection.

V1VPN does not guarantee access to every website, application, or service. Availability and performance depend on factors including your internet provider, location, device, and the policies of the sites or services you attempt to access.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use V1VPN. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use V1VPN only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

To use V1VPN, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs through your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not share your account with others, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.

V1VPN is available through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:

Both subscriptions provide access to the V1VPN service.

Prices shown above are U.S. reference prices. Subscription prices may differ by country or region based on your Apple App Store storefront, local currency, applicable taxes, and Apple's pricing configuration. The exact price displayed by the Apple App Store before you confirm a purchase is the price that applies.

When you purchase a V1VPN subscription through the Apple App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Each subscription automatically renews for the same subscription period (one month or one year) unless you cancel it before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged at the applicable subscription price displayed or communicated by Apple at the time of renewal.
• Subscription availability and pricing may change in accordance with App Store rules and applicable law.
• V1VPN does not offer a free trial unless one is expressly displayed by Apple during the purchase process.

You can manage or cancel your V1VPN subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you will retain access until that time unless Apple indicates otherwise.

Deleting the V1VPN app from your device or deleting your V1VPN account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through your Apple Account settings.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled under Apple's policies and applicable consumer law. Where applicable consumer-protection laws require a refund, those rights are preserved. You may contact amir@aks.software with refund questions, though AKS SOFTWARE LLC cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Eligible Apple App Store subscriptions can be restored using the Restore Purchases control inside the V1VPN app. You must use the same Apple Account you originally used to purchase the subscription.

You agree not to use V1VPN for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in illegal activity or facilitating illegal conduct
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, accounts, or data
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Sending spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Committing fraud or impersonating others
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Infringing intellectual-property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Launching attacks against networks, servers, or systems, including denial-of-service attacks
• Interfering with the operation of the service or other users' access to it
• Reselling access to V1VPN without written authorization from AKS SOFTWARE LLC
• Conducting activity that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access where we determine a violation has occurred.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable to you and your location, including laws governing internet use, data privacy, and the use of VPN services. V1VPN is not intended as a tool for evading law enforcement, sanctions, licensing requirements, or government restrictions.

We work to keep V1VPN available and functional, but:

• Server locations and technical features may change without notice.
• Speed and availability depend on your device, network, internet provider, location, and other factors outside our control.
• The service may experience scheduled maintenance, unscheduled interruptions, or outages.
• AKS SOFTWARE LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that V1VPN will be compatible with every site, service, or network configuration.

AKS SOFTWARE LLC may suspend or terminate your access to V1VPN if:

• You materially violate these Terms or the acceptable-use policy
• Your account is involved in fraud, abuse, or security threats
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• Continued access would harm the service, other users, or our systems

If your access is suspended or terminated, your subscription status and any remaining subscription period are subject to the Apple App Store billing system and applicable law. We are not responsible for refunds or credits resulting from termination for cause.

V1VPN, its branding, software, user interface, and original content are owned by AKS SOFTWARE LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on V1VPN without written permission.

Your use of V1VPN is also governed by the V1VPN Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V1VPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

AKS SOFTWARE LLC does not warrant that V1VPN will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that V1VPN will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKS SOFTWARE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use V1VPN, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable consumer-protection laws apply, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your home jurisdiction apply. Where you are a consumer and mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, those protections are preserved and nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive by agreement.

The following terms apply to your use of V1VPN on iOS devices:

• These Terms are between you and AKS SOFTWARE LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for V1VPN or its content.
• AKS SOFTWARE LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for V1VPN, including maintenance, support, warranty claims, product liability, legal-compliance issues, and intellectual-property claims.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use V1VPN on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for V1VPN.
• In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to V1VPN.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using V1VPN, including your wireless carrier or internet-provider agreement.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions directly against you.

This web Terms of Use page does not automatically become a custom App Store End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement continues to apply unless AKS SOFTWARE LLC separately configures a custom EULA in App Store Connect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this page
• Notify you through the V1VPN app, by email, or by other reasonable means
• Describe the nature of the change rather than silently replacing the text

Your continued use of V1VPN after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using V1VPN and may cancel your subscription and delete your account.
